I started Optivize Partners with a clear mission: to help growing businesses operate more efficiently, serve customers better, and scale with less stress. After 15+ years leading project operations and retention strategy at marketing firms in the U.S. and LATAM, I saw firsthand how much businesses were losing—not just in revenue, but in customer trust—due to broken systems and inconsistent experiences.
I've managed teams, built internal operations from the ground up, and helped businesses reduce churn while building loyalty strategies that stick. Today, I bring that same hands-on, cross-functional approach to my clients, whether they're launching a new subscription model, optimizing a service workflow, or building a stronger leadership team.
